✅ Custom Strength Training Plan (delivered monthly). Built from the ground up based on your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level. Updated every 4–6 weeks.
✅ Optional Running Plan. Whether you’re new to running, want to build a base, or return to it after a break—we’ll include run or walk/run guidance that supports your energy and goals (or skip it entirely).
✅ Nourishment Coaching. Generalized nutrition guidance focused on energy, recovery, and feeling your best. Think: how to fuel without restriction, stabilize energy, and build habits that stick—without rules or obsession.
✅ Monthly 1:1 Coaching Call (60 mins). We dive into your goals, roadblocks, and any shifts needed—movement, mindset, or otherwise.
✅ Weekly Check-ins. To reflect on your progress, wins, and anything you need support with.

Hi, I’m Ariana.
I’m Ariana, a UESCA Certified Run Coach, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), and strength coach in training. But more than that, I’m someone who knows what it’s like to fall in and out of love with movement.
For years, I chased perfection, tried to earn my food, and believed my worth lived in how small or disciplined I could be.
Eventually, I realized that movement could be a way back to myself, not a punishment, but a tool for building strength, clarity, and confidence from the inside out.
